1st set B after hurting my back the week prior. Utilizing machines instead of free weights to build up core strength first.

Visited YCK gym today cos i need to reach office after that.

Set B:
  • Deep squat: 40kg, 4 sets, 7 reps;
  • Leg press: 90lbs; 4 sets, 8 reps;
  • Lateral rise: 8kg; 4 sets, 12reps;
  • Face pull: 90lbs; 4 sets, 9 reps.
