Back to gym after a week's hiatus: looking after my kids whose not feeling well and going into Malaysia to visit my in-laws. 

Great workout today!! Good form, not crowded, well-rested muscles. Hurrah!!

Set A:
  • Bench press: 20kg; 4 sets; 8 reps; last set till breakdown;
  • Chin up: 4 sets; total 34 reps;
  • Incline bench press: 16kg; 4 sets; 8 reps; 
  • Lats row: 90lbs; 4 sets; 8 reps; last set till breakdown.
  • Tricep press: 70lbs;
