Deepavali session. Public holiday but gym is at a whooping 97% capacity!! Kudos to all determined 鐵老! 

Felt that im progressing on the incline bench presses. Can last 16kg till the end of set #4. Woo hoo!!

Set A:
  • Bench press: 20kg; 4 sets; 8 reps; last set till breakdown;
  • Chin up: 4 sets; total 36reps;
  • Incline bench press: 16kg; 4 sets; 8 reps; 
  • Lats row: 90lbs; 4 sets; 8 reps; last set till breakdown.
  • Tricep press: 70lbs;
