Back to gym for the first time after injuring first the left wrist and then the left shoulder. That freak should injury from doing normal chinups.
It was pretty long and slow recovery process that took multiple visits to TCM. Even now, I would say it is only 80% recovered.
Today was pretty easy: light weights to kinda warm up the muscles.
