  3. Incline bench press: 3sets x10, 8kg; 1set x 10, 10kg
  4. Lats row: 3sets x10, 60lbs; 1set x10, 70lbs
  5. Tricep press: 3sets x10, 50lbs; 1set x8, 60lbs
