The Effort is the Same, But the Revenue Isn’t

A small clothing shop had two types of customers:

👕 Group A: Bought a £10 t-shirt and left.
🧢 Group B: Bought a £10 t-shirt and added a £7 cap.

Same number of customers.
Same effort to sell.

But Group B spent 70% more per visit.

Now, let’s push this further…
What if just 10% more customers grabbed the cap?
What if they returned next month for a matching hoodie?

That’s the power of transaction value.

And it’s not just retail.

A freelancer can offer a done-for-you option.
A software company can bundle in an extra feature.
A café can suggest the pastry with the coffee.

The effort stays the same. The revenue doesn’t.

How can you use this in your business?
