Unexpectedly tied to the scaffolding of the Hallmark Movie format, this is essentially an extended episode of How To with John Wilson. It showcases both a growth in his vision by literally jumping to the big screen and yet returns to his basic foundation. It has many new mundane WTF moments of humanity woven in with his understated voice-over that combines autobiographical facts and insights with his inquisitive approach to close friends and strangers. After three seasons of his HBO show, I can never get enough of this. Unexpected cameos include Timothy Chalamet and Jost wine. 🍷
