The deep end of the pool got dug today. Apparently this is one of the higher precision parts of the job because it Has to be dug just right so that the liner fits well. Time lapse video

The site was silent since the 4th. Today, our pool supplier finally tracked down all of the parts and our installer met them onsite to unload. The installer stuck around and got the excavation cleaned up from all the rain we had last week. He took a load of gravel into the hole to firm up some of the soft spots. Tomorrow we should see ...

We have finally arrived at construction eve. Mike from Precision Property Pros arrived at the site this afternoon to deliver the excavator and walk down the site with me. Mike will be my day-to-day contact for the duration of the project that is expected to last 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Should work out really well to get this thing opened ...
