If you’re like me, you probably find yourself signing up and cancelling countless software trials. 😅 There are a few software services that I use daily for my business, I figured I'd share them:
- https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/ - Gotta track revenue & expenses. This is a watered-down version of the QuickBooks software (I tend to gravitate towards the simpler solutions). I don’t have any employees or anything, so it’s perfect for me. What I like best is the quick tax preparation feature that I just hand to my CPA.
- https://www.bigin.com/ - Another watered-down software solution, this time of Zoho CRM. Bigin is a simple CRM that I use for managing the communications I have with people that are interested in my coaching. It consolidates all the communication channels for my contacts, like email and Twitter/X. I can organize them across the pre-sales journey, set reminders, and reach out to people directly from the dashboard.
- https://www.leadpages.com/ - The BrightGrowth website is built on LeadPages (not WordPress, to some people’s surprise). I needed to get something created quickly, so I went with LeadPages and I love it.
- https://tweethunter.io/ - I spend a lot of time on Twitter/X as it has proven to be a good way for me to connect with people who are interested in coaching. TweetHunter makes it easy to create lists of people to interact with, and helps with scheduling posts as well.
- https://snappa.com/ - I use stock photos a lot. Whether it’s for the articles I write, social media posts, or on my website. For years now, I’ve been using Snappa for my images and social media graphics. I know there are plenty of similar options out there (likely more popular), but this one has always been great for me.
What about you? Do you use anything regularly that I should know about?
