Busyness is nothing to be proud of. If you’re too busy, there must be a friction point that needs to be fixed. No one should be too busy not to have time to do things they truly need to do. Fix your ‘busyness’. You’ll be happier for it.

You should never be too busy to fix your busyness.

So many people are busy all the time. Everyone is busy. I don't like to use the word busy because I'm never busy anyway. I have things to do, but I'm never busy.

I think the word busy, busy is weird saying it. The word busy implies that we don't have time to do anything else.

Well, getting to that stage in your life, in your business, I don't think it's healthy.

You don't have time to do anything else.

You don't have time to have a call.

You don't have time to go and spend with your dog.

You don't have time to relax and play Xbox like I do.

You don't have time to go and visit your friends.

Of course you do because you stop at a certain time and then go and do those things.

But while you're at work, while you're running your work, business, you shouldn't be busy. You should have time to make that call. Someone will call you up. Do you have time for a call?

I always tell people, you tell me what time you want to meet, because I'm always free, because I've got everything so organised and boring.

I mean, I've come up, come to that.

But everything is so organised that I don't have to worry about someone and really injecting themselves into what I do in my day. Obviously, it goes through me. I still say yes or no, but I'm never busy.

You should never be busy. And you shouldn't be too busy to fix that busyness. So if you're too busy, you get nothing done.

People think because they're busy, they're getting stuff done.

You'll probably find in your eight hour day if you work eight hours. 50%, 40% of that is pure. fluff that you just don't need to do. So you're working 60% of the day.

Now, that's not that many hours. But in those 60% you're so freaking busy that you don't get anything done.

It blows my mind.

You're never too busy to fix your busyness. Not business, busyness.
