Don’t squeeze tight.

I’m on an enlightened chapter right now given the last week.

There is a Buddhist example about holding on to things to tightly. Thinking you have control, when you really don’t or shouldn’t.

The example is about gripping too tightly for fear of losing it.

Money
Power
Love
Behaviors of others.

These drive us into the worldwide cancer of anxiety that we see everywhere.

We all fear what we are told we should fear. That’s usually from people selling something that want you to buy and feel scarcity.

There is also the comparison game. We don’t need most of the things we cling to. But we ignore the things that give us life.

Love
Health
Compassion
Hope.

The metaphor is a hand reaching into a stream or riverbed and grabbing water.
If we clinch our fists tightly, the water certainly goes away, leaving us empty handed and then depressed from the loss.

Alternatively If we reach in with a cupped hand, a gentle touch, we can actually hold water and use for good.

Better yet, use both hands and gain more water.

The goal is to not squeeze but to share and gather. Use your hands as a tool, not a weapon.
Others will see you do this and the results you show…and they too will loosen up.

So go in and not try to control or keep.

You money to live for the basics. But you don’t need it to love life, others or yourself.

Stop giving yourself hyper tension to:

Buy things you don’t need, to impress people you don’t know or like, with money that you don’t have.

Water is eternal. You can’t keep it or take it all. There is plenty for everyone.

You need to make money to build lives for others but not as if it were war.

FYI. You don’t need to use AI to put your thoughts out there. You just need to slow down and focus.

A small group of people will read this. Few will get to the end. But the ones that do, might shift even slightly.

Cheers
