Dreams are a funny thing.
Not everyone grew up surrounded by the nature to have big dreams.
Too often life, pain and doubt shrouds the imagination and the circles you are in will hold you back and stunt your adventure and passions.
I was that person for a very long time. Told what things would be and how it just was.
But along the way, I both discovered and was shown that everything I wanted was just over there.
Everything I couldn’t even imagine was beyond that, waiting to be discovered.
This meant failure was likely. When I learned that failure only hurts the ego, that was no obstacle anymore.
I’m on a mission. I have dreams. Some for me, a lot for others. And I won’t stop until they are realized.
When you see a person always creating new things, they aren’t idiots, they might be focused.
I just returned to work today from a complete month of rest. Digital and in person.
My brilliant team not only approved, they almost demanded.
I return, they have done huge new things in my absence (great ones) and I had to ask “what’s my role now”.
They said you do you. Let that mind get curious and get to creating. So that’s my new direction.
We have launched the beginnings of what I hope will become the genesis of our dream.
We watch smart and driven restorers building wonderfully, but simply need a slight nudge of mentorship and coaching.
After owning and selling 10 businesses, we have learned a few things about making your company be a tool to help make dreams, not be an anchor.
I ask you to connect with us to see if a little of what we offer can help clear the way for you to do what you do best.
We would love to have you as a dreamer with us.

PS.
In the coming days, I will be writing a series of pieces about taking a one month sabbatical.
How it went, what I didn’t expect, what I developed and what I would do different.
You might also need to know how to build a team AND a culture where your team applauds and supports this, as you support them.
