Headshot?

News Tip.

No one is overly concerned with your headshot.

I see people spend a very large amount of energy, time and even money (AI apps) that will take your photo and turn it into a “professional” photo.

I don’t think it make a large difference.

What I do think it signifies is you may be worried about the wrong things.

You may be trying to impress and attract people you might not want to work with any way.
If someone makes a decision to work with or do business with you on how you look, it might be a red flag.

Use a picture of you smiling, in your natural surroundings.

The RIGHT people will thing you are genuine and confident.

That might be exactly who they want to work with and even hire if you are searching.

Let’s turn off the vanity button the rest of the year.

People like you want people like you.
