Marker 09: Fair but Firm

You don’t need to be a tyrant. You just need to be consistent.

Clarity Is Kindness. Boundaries Are Love.

We don’t lead with ego.
We don’t yell to get results.
But we also don’t coddle dysfunction just because someone means well.

Being fair is about empathy.
Being firm is about standards.

And real leadership requires both.

What Happens When You’re Too Soft?
  • Deadlines get ignored
  • Excuses replace accountability
  • Good team members get bitter while you protect bad ones

And suddenly, your company culture is a mess you allowed.

Hold the Line. With Grace and Grit.

Great leaders don’t avoid tough moments.
They meet them with a steady hand and a clear voice.

Your team doesn’t need fear.
They need consistency.

Be the calm.
Be the compass.
Be the boundary.
