Clients Want to Be Led. Not Lectured

Yes, you’re the professional.
Yes, you know the code.
Yes, you’ve done 500 of these jobs.

But that doesn’t make the client your adversary.

It makes them your responsibility.


Respect > Ego

Great businesses are built on:

  • Clear boundaries
  • Calm education
  • Firm pricing
  • Empathetic authority

You can hold the line without raising your voice.
You can lead without putting anyone down.

They Might Not Remember the Invoice. But They’ll Remember How You Made Them Feel.

Set the tone.
Set the expectation.
Keep the relationship.
