PEOPLE. 

The right people and the absolute best you get find, convince and afford. 

But a few things must be in place first. 

Vision
Goals
Integrity. 

Without vision, the best won't even consider their future will, much less stay

You need goals that align and support others. You help people, people will help you. Simple

Integrity. Pretty obvious but it's more than talking about how good you are. But showcasing it. Presenting when no one is watching and when no one will ever know. 

I know a few 600 million+ a year companies that if you asked what made them incredible, they would say people before you finish the sentence. 

It's not projects, big storms, good marketing, market shifts. 

It was people who cared and took the bad with the good. People who invested in the company that invested in them. 

So look at who that next person you need is. 

Can you afford them? How can you not. 

People aren't an expense. They are an investment. 
Like an old 1967 Mustang, you might need to buy it for $22,000 and put another $50,000 into it. 

Will it be worth $75,000? I'm not sure but you will know you have the best Mustang around and excited to drive it.
