I am a 68 year old guy originally from Louisiana who is looking for teaching jobs.
I have 15+ years of experience as a computer programmer and have done a lot of teaching and training over the last 15 years.

My take on the way to handle a class: there are introverts and extroverts (introverts often but not exclusively female, and extroverts often but not always male. I would call on 2 introverts for every 1 extrovert.
