But last night I watched a video of his quoting RFK jr. on the acceptable human diet.
He's wrong, I think ... There was a book published 2015 The Big Fat Surprise with several surprising conclusions: (1) Saturated fat is good for you! (2) Masai warriors in Africa who never eat anything except meat, blood and milk are strong and robust, while their countrymen Kikuyu are much weaker and more likely to be ill. (3) Seed oils like cottonseed and canola (formerly rapeseed) are not good for human health; they were originally cattle feed.
