How our in-person service works
1. You train with us 3 hours a week in one of our nine batches.
2. Each batch has two coaches with a maximum of 14-15 trainees.

3. When you choose to join us, a coach will be assigned to teach you how to perform all the moves in the program safely.

4. A coach is always watching you train to provide you with pointed feedback to make your training session more productive.

5. You have access to plenty of barbells, dumbbells, t-bells and other carefully crafted tools.

Get more out of the hour
The idea is to improve your ability to work through the hour, learn new skills, improve your awareness on how to move well. As you get stronger, you will find yourself progressing and performing harder variants and more repetitions of exercises.

Track your training. Use our blogs to understand how to improve your eating habits, sleep quality and training in small but substantial ways.

A good outcome means clients who keep getting stronger, training becomes a part of your daily ritual—like bathing or brushing your teeth.

And, here's what we don't do
We are not a free-for-all open gym. Our gym is only open to those who want to be coached by us. We don’t have a coach manning the gym at all points.

We are not into power-lifting, cross-fit, bodybuilding or any other strength sport. We have all the tools to play those sports, but our job is to primarily improve your quality of life.

That means not being married to any specific exercises or programming protocols. 

We borrow, steal, think, tinker and experiment all the time, to ensure we are using the soundest thinking to do what’s right for you while you train.

We don’t do variety for the sake of it. There is a reason we choose the exercises we make you do. It is not to entertain. We pick it simply because we believe it is the most useful adaptation for you.

We don’t treat our space or equipment shabbily. We like a clean, well-organized space without equipment abuse.

A coach will get a basic sense of how you move and you get to have a chat with them about how our service works. 

If you choose to sign up, the fee is Rs 6500 for a month. We do not offer longer memberships.
