VIRTUAL MOVEMENT

We offer live coaching on Zoom for one hour three times a day Monday through Friday, and for two hours on Saturday. We charge Rs 4,000 for a month of training.

Our current timings are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7am-8am, 8am-9am

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 6:50am-7:45am, 7:45am-8:30am

All weekdays: 6:30pm-7:30pm

The virtual sessions are 45-60 minutes long. They are carefully planned with a coach guiding you through the hour of training.



How our virtual sessions work

1. A coach will run you through an assessment to understand your strength levels, injury history and your goals.

2. Once the coach has a handle on how you move and you are comfortable with how we work, we schedule one-on-one sessions.

3. The one-on-one sessions lets the coach run you through in great detail how to perform some basic exercises effectively. These sessions are scheduled outside of the virtual class timings.

4. On completion of the one-on-ones, you are ready to jump into the virtual hour. There is a weekly plan that incorporates movements you were taught in the one-on-ones.

Get more out of the hour

The idea is to improve your ability to work through the hour, learn new skills, improve your awareness on how to move well. As you get stronger, you will find yourself progressing and performing harder variants and more repetitions of exercises.

We might require you to purchase resistance bands and/or some weights to make the most of your training experience. More experienced trainees can get more out of the hour with tools like a cable station, pull-up bar or dip stands.

Track your training. Use our blogs to understand how to improve your eating habits, sleep quality and training in small but substantial ways.

A good outcome means clients who keep getting stronger, training becomes a part of your daily ritual—like bathing or brushing your teeth.

A coach will get a basic sense of how you move and you get to have a chat with them about how our service works. 

If you choose to sign up, the fee is Rs 4,000 for a month. We do not offer longer memberships.
