Special training

Almost 2 out of 3 people who train with us are women.

This is not by design.

All the marketing we do is the words you are reading on this forum.

And of course the actual coaching service online and at the gym. Word of mouth has been the only way we have gotten our clients.

We assume the moment anyone walks in that door, proverbial and literal, they want to get as strong as they possibly can.

We don’t change the goal based on gender.

We don’t assume goals either.

Our job as coaches is to help clients realise what they are capable of doing when they try to get better at a few things.

And over the years enough people have stuck around and gotten fairly skilled at doing things like squats, deadlift, rowing, pull ups, push ups, jumping, lunging, dips, pushing sleds and crushing it on an airbike.

And a lot of them happen to be women.

So that’s norm in the environment when you train with us.

There is no room for the usual conversations of broad shoulders, lifting makes you bulky etc.

There are things that you can do that can make you stronger, healthier and more robust. And those are things everyone needs to do. The discussion never is should I do this. It almost always is how much more can I do.
