Movement inc has been around for 12 years now. There are trainees at the gym who started training with us when they were 12-18 years old who are now in their mid-20's. We have 15-20 of these chaps now. Boys and girls who've trained for 5-10 years. One of them has even started coaching in the gym (coach Pranav).
These guys got a head start in their training journeys. They had access to better tools and coaching than my gen did. And at a critical point in their growth, they got healthy doses of strength training.
And it really shows. They're more resilient. The training habit is ingrained into their day in an uncomplicated way. They value the capacities. And they realise vanity is a by-product of the capacities paired with reasonable eating habits. There is none of that transformation bullshit. Or 'troubled' relationship with training and exercise. These guys just move. It's glorious to watch. And every generation seems to get better. I can't wait to see how my daughter and her ilk turn out.
