#9 Rest Days

It’s okay to have rest days. If you feel sick, if you feel under the weather or severe stomach cramps (like I may or may not have had recently), a day on the couch I’d seriously fine. 

I feel guilty that I haven’t been super productive, but I kinda know that I’m doing the best I can. 

Additionally, being bored is actually a great experience. How often is one bored these days?! We have endless stimulus surrounding us. 

So, have a rest day, recharge, don’t beat yourself up.  You deserve it. (you know you do)
