Lots to like about the address from the PM.

Many questions answered.

Feels like this current lockdown will end June 13 - unless the cases go way up.

Vaccines are coming and seems most will have first jab by August - lots of the 12-18 will get it in June. This is great news.

You can hear little bits of hope around the approach of herd immunity and the chance to drop masks outdoors, events coming back and easing of travel restrictions.

I would love to hear more about how travel will work given households like mine will not be fully vaccinated and a mix of residency status. Still not sure how us going overseas to one of the safe areas will factor into a return home without quarantine. 

I won't go if I have to quarantine for 7+ plus days in a hotel. Just not worth the effort or money.

All this being said though, I got glimmers of hope today.
