Nice gym session (2nd one) and a coffee in an actual cafe.

That was surprisingly super awesome. iPad, coffee, headphones on and sitting in a cafe is a real treat when you have not been able to for some time.

Then a meeting with an agent from https://propseller.com/. The housing market is nuts everywhere but Singapore is kind of daunting for a foreigner with the funky loans (no real fixed long-term option) and the insane private market. My wife and I are hoping to buy an older HDB and renovate it. The economics of 2nd hand seem better and we can only buy HDB resale anyway. I have been looking for some time but all the listing sites suck since most of the listings for stuff for sale are just agent honey pots. Most agents don’t want to deal with HDB and most are just terrible to work with. 

Props to Propseller in that while I was having a Twitter conversation with a VC friend of mine - they happened to notice the Hey email in my profile and cold emailed me. 

Respect. Hoping this is finally the right group to work with.

Then it was a daddy daughter lunch and then nails. 

Then some reading and a longer than normal nap.

Then some beers with a Startup buddy.

Not working for a bit is nice.
