Reinold Fogg is an artificer, born and raised in Tinker's Tower among some of the brightest scholars, alchemists, smiths, and and tinkerers in the world. He's comfortable, well-provided with books and materials, and he's on the brink of a great discovery. Life is great.

But what will he do when that life is turned upside down by a vicious attack on his mother? And who will he believe when his father is blamed for it?

This is the chronicle of Reinold Fogg, artificer and reluctant adventurer, and I am Jamis Buck, the teller of his tale. I'll be telling this story using D&D Fifth Edition rules, and a GM emulator. I've played solo RPGs before, but this is my first foray into solo role-playing using a GM emulator, and I look forward to seeing how the adventure unfolds.

This page will serve as an index to the scenes and chapters of the adventure, so if you're new to Reinold Fogg, this is a great place to start! The story is written from Reinold's point of view. Whenever I need to step out and roll some dice, or ask questions of the GM (the "oracle"), I'll quote it, like this:

If you don't care for the mechanical details of the game, just skip those quoted sections. They will never be crucial to understanding the story.
