I stopped the habit of setting goals for new year. I believe that it does not work for me. Most likely, I lied to myself. However, I do have some kind of plan and goal. It sounds like a theme.
I want to be stronger and faster. I want to write better. There are no numbers to hit. No Goal. No Measurable. Instead, I train everyday. I write everyday. There are days that I do not train; that I do not write. No success or failure. It is simply the way it is, as always.

- Train with Kettlebells following StrongFirst principles. Follow the books and principles. Be a good student.
- Run with Luna sandals or minimal shoes. Barefoot if possible.
- Write with pen and paper. Classic. Follow Two Pages Morning. The advice is three pages. But, I decided to start with two pages
Already started without ending. There is no finished line. Shut up and keep doing.
