A few notes about the illusion of using AI

AI gives you more information as much as you want to. It does not "give" you skills. Nothing can handle skills over to you as if "loaded into memory" as seen in Matrix movie.

To be a better programmer, write more code, write more code in different languages, different environments.
To be a better software architect, design and write software. More code, more doing, more writing, ... you have to engage into the shit.
To be a better leader, talk more with your members. Engage with them. AI gives you all sort of methods, suggestions, ... but eventually, you need to pick one and DO. To understand people, take time and effort. It is action, not wish.
To be strong, healthy, do physical activities frequently and consistently. Move your fucking body more often.

Don't be fool by "information is power." It is only true for smart and hard work people. They spent countless hours in the doing.

In the software development, a recent trend for developers is to use AI to write code and then they REVIEW the outcome. It sounds cool and reasonable. Except it does not work for many. A big and naive assumption in that view is that "you know how to review." Ask those developers to review some pull requests and you will find out the illusion.
