AAR HCMC 2025 Marathon

Time: 4h 49 minutes.
Gear: Luna Sandals

Ran well for 37km. The last 5km managed the calves cramp with walking and jogging.

Running technique was good. The feet were stable, no injuries, no callouts. Cool down the body and feet with water. No worry of wet shoes. Moving from the hips.

For the last month since Techcom Bank marathon, trained regularly with lunges, uphill lunges, following StrongFirst principles. Two long runs of 18KM around 2h each. Started S&S January with 20kg kettlebell. The training regime seems to work well. Feel stronger and faster.

Next training
Finish the S&S January and then probably Q&D for 6-week cycle.
Run daily with long runs in the weekend. Aim for 2-hour runs.
Mix with Kettlebell mile (12kg) and StepUp (12kg or more) and/or walking snatch 12kg.
