Completed 29 days out of 31. One missing day was my marathon day and the next day was travelling. A mixed of two hands and one hand swing with 20kg kettlebells; there are 4 sessions of 24kg.
Trained mostly in the afternoon or evening. Sometimes, I trained after dinner. It must be done regardless. No excuse! The result was amazing, the sense of showing up, finishing the job.
Ran almost everyday and trained for the marathon. S&S January was an additional training on top of normal schedule. It turned out very well. Obviously, I am getting stronger and stronger.
I documented my training daily on paper. It helped tremendously. It is classic and works.
The next training program: 6-week Simple & Sinister 24kg. The first 4 weeks is the foundation of the 24kg. The next 2 weeks incorporates the 32kg swing, two hands. I need to buy 28kg. It takes years to accomplish S&S 32kg Timeless. And the next AAR is 6-week S&S 24kg.
