10 KB 32kg deadlifts
2 Turkish Get Up 20kg
2 minutes rope
5km run

5 minutes happy hip hack
5 minutes back walk
Legs exercise as Ido Portal suggested
2x3 pistol squat

All is good. No burn out. Feel strong after.
