Day 17 average sucks

Wake up 4:45
5 pull ups
10 push ups
3 prying goblet squats 24kg

10km run
2x10 scorpion push ups

The legs are stiff in the lower calves. After 5km, felt much better and ran faster, relaxed.

It sucked. Average sucks anyway.
