"I got obesity. I got blood pressure. I got blood marker unbalanced." And so on. Occasionally, we hear people telling those stories while they are on treatment or better on improving them, for example, by regular running for the last few months or have been running for a few years.
Those are inspiring stories. And sometimes, sad stories like they are aware of their issues but just shrug their shoulders and move on with life.
I am not a fan of telling those stories. Rather, I am interested in preventing them as much as I can. I struggled initially, but it became easier and more natural over a few years.
The process is simple but not easy. Start something. Practice and study them. Review and Adjust. Repeat.
There are always stories to tell. The more boring they are, the better. "Yeah, I am fine. I run every morning. I lift weights. I do the same things every day." Boring but sustainable and good.
