It doesn't have to be crazy at ... anything

I stop telling people what they should do. I tried for many years. There were some gains. And in general, it seems a good thing to help people. I missed the point that it was mostly my personal perspective, personal expectations. I was expecting people behaving in certain ways. I was not aware of that fact.

Everyone is doing perfectly exactly as they wanted to be; so do I. Expect someone or something to change is a terrible mistake, a naive view of how things work.

Caring and expecting are two completely different things.

Look at the situation. Pick the people for the job. Try to understand their actions and respect that. Human does things. So we basically try to find the suitable match. Pushing does not help much; in many cases, it causes damages.

And it does not have to be crazy at ... anything. (I am reading "It doesn't have to be crazy at work" book, a great read)
