I once complained about many things. I had talked with people I know or barely know. They complained about things that they did not like and did not want to receive. Yet, they took and accepted the good parts without ever saying a word.
Recently, I understood and embraced the hard truth: Life gives you packages. You get them as a whole. "Everything has a price tag." another way of looking at it. When we receive something, ask "what do I give in return?"
By adapting that way of thinking, I feel relaxed to accept things. I do not need to judge them good or bad. Label is not required anymore.
As of anything in life, it is easy to understand but hard to master. And we never get it. It is a process not a destination. Never arrived.
