Luna Sandal

I bought a Luna Sandal last week. It looked weird at first. I had a hard time grasping my mind around it, even how to use it. Put it on with default settings. Felt loose. Walked like a duck. Adjusted the lace. Finally, it fits.

A little thing, but felt accomplished. Weird. But good.

I ran with Luna. As usual, the first time, it was awkward. Every step was like slumping on the ground, lots of noise. Then, it gradually got better after one km.

Today, I ran nearly 1 hour and a half with Luna. Sweat all the way from face down to the feet. Felt good. I could run with wet feet, a bit slippery, but ok. Finished the run strong and felt fresh, especially the feet. They dried quickly.

I like the idea of Luna that running should be easy as walking and that you can do anytime. We do need good shoes for training. However, it should not impede you from running. "Born to Run", as the famous book.

Run free.
