Nothing to write

I write when I have something to write. However, I do not have any at the moment. So let's see if just keep typing a bit here. Will anything come up?

You do not understand a thing until you go to the detail, to the pain point. It is true everywhere. For example, when writing software, it is easy to talk about features in diagram, in drawing, ... I know there are challenges in that kind of work as well, just like any other activities. Things start to get real when typing code and thousands lines of code.

In physical training, there are millions of advice and instructions. They are knowledge on paper. Things only get real when you start to move your body. The direct bio feedback is the only real thing. The physical pain is real. The exhaustion is real. The sweat is real.

To feel the time, do the hard things. When you plank for 30 seconds, it feels like hours. In some senses, pain is the good things. It makes us feel real. We value more. Otherwise, we take things for granted.

So it is not that bad. There are a few paragraphs. Nothing to write seems to work well. There is always something when we started.
