
My setup before going to bed.
The idea is very simple. I want to be stronger and pullup is one of practice to get there. The problem is that it is bizarre to start a pullup training session. And that usually takes mental effort to put the bar on and starts pulling. I had it many times.
Every morning after waking up, I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth. If the bar was there, I could pull up a few reps. For the last three weeks, I have done it every single morning, 5 strict pullups. Never more than 5 even if I can do more. A good starting point is half of your best reps.
It is simple and it works.
