I have been playing around with rope flow for a few days with the small rope. Been able to perform Underhand race and chase, Overhands race and chase, Matadors, Propellant. Tried Dragon Roll for a few times. It is harder than the other patterns, especially on the left side. It is annoying but fun.

I then decided to order a big boy in black :D 25mm width, 3m long, 1.2kg. Performing Underhand and Overhand race and chase with it is whacky. I had no idea how different the ropes were until I put them next to each other as shown in the image.

The amazing thing about rope flow is that it is free once you practice basic moves and get used to them. From there, you are free to explore all possible combinations. The feedback loop is immediate.
