I started my journal with two pages every morning. Some days were in the afternoon or evening. But every day! Anything goes. Just keep the pen moving. It takes around 10-12 minutes for two A5 pages.
I jotted down my training in a book. Wrote down every set for my S&S January practice. Since January 2025, I have trained almost twice a day: run in the morning and kettlebell S&S in the afternoon/evening.
I felt I gained more time in a week. A week seems longer to me. I have done more and in a relaxed manner. Physical activities such as training, writing in paper seems to slow my mind to feel more, aware more. Digital activities seem to left void in the mind. Eventually, time is your perception. For some people a day is too long, while other it is too short.
Consistent makes a difference.
