What is more important? The Next Day.
What do we do the next day when we wake up? In a sense, we are all trying to wake up the next day. The opposite is catastrophic, we are dead.
In any moment, we are balancing our resources and energy for three phases. Do the best we can do now. Rest for the night to recover. And prepare for the next day. Spending all we have at the first phase will leave us nothing for the second and the third.
Try to overtrain for one day. Spend the day to work extremely hard. And spend the night for things that affect the sleep. The effect is obvious the next day. And repeat that a few times a few.
There are moments where the all-in is right and good. They are scare and should be considered and preserved carefully.
