Three basic movements of a human being

Walk. Sit down. Stand up.

When we cannot walk, everything starts to decline. Look at the elder. Compare the one who can walk and who cannot.

Sit down and stand up performing poorly is the receipt of other disasters: back pain, knee pain, etc. It is a vicious circle.

Walk as much as you can. Pay attention to sit down and stand up. Squat frequently.
