Write code in .NET stack. Build and Lead teams to deliver good stuff. I love being in a small reasonable team size around 7-9 members. It is the size of a unit in the Army. It works the best.
Building software includes: Write code, design architectures, connect people, ensure the direction of the team, and learn and tech the team how to communicate, especially with people involved in the projects outside the team.
So far so good. Most of the systems I have built are still running and serving people today. A few of them are public service and impact nation wide.
The best part of building software is the feeling that I contributed to something that might be useful for others.
