Decisions may be big or small, fast or slow, planned or random, whatever..
May be taking a decision is like preparing a cup of coffee, say a milk coffee! ☕️
Generally while prepping milk coffee,
follow the below steps:
1. Boil milk
2. In parallel, get coffee powder onto the filter with boiling water
3. Wait for the decoction preparation
4. Once decoction is collected, mix it well with the boiled milk.
5. Add sugar. Mix well.
6. Enjoy the drink!
What’s the problem? Looks straightforward right? Seems easy?
But it wasn’t when I was new to coffee making!

I added the decoction to milk, but how much decoction? more I added, the more bitter it got!
Neutralised this by adding sugar. How much sugar? Kept adding, too sweet and tastes like sugared syrup! 😲
Now added some more decoction, oops now bitter again, some sugar and… oh again.. it’s sweet. Kept going. Didn’t know where to stop! 🥺
Uh! All I wanted was coffee, a good cup of coffee!
That’s okay! This time it’s screwed up! Next time, automatically knew when to stop the decoction-sugar conflict.
Decisions are like preparing milk coffee, to me.
First take a decision, bammm!! that was a bad one.
Next time, it’s better than the first.
Quality of the decisions keep getting better…
One fine day, you’re a pro!
But all this started with that first decision!
P.s: I’m pretty good at making coffee now!
Enjoy the rest of your day!
Until next time, ba bye!
