I use apple notes and reminders (on macOS and iPhone). One day I wanted to make a reminder but all the details were in a note. Turned out you can create a reminder from a note.

How?

Using the built-in share feature in the notes app.

1. create a note
2. click on the share icon (the little square with the arrow)
3. choose a reminder
  - you can choose a list to put in
  - add a title
  - with the small ℹ️ icon you can customize it (tags, times, etc)

From the reminder, you can go to the linked note by clicking on the note icon.
