I've never wanted one before. Crystallized when my amazing cousin Sarah visited a couple weeks back, and I ended up offline without my phone having a spiritual spa day. She and I have jokingly thought about emotionally getting tear-filled matching tattoos over the years, such as when our grandma passed in 2018.
